Goals for class

My purpose for taking this class is to get a better understanding of writing for comics, or sequential images, to help me come up with and write better stories for tv and film. My goal is to become a story artist, and I think writing comics is very closely related to tht. I want to take the tools I learnfrom this class and be able to apply it to my overall goal of story art. I want to be able to develop ideas in this class that I can turn into to comics that would become piec to include in my portfolio.
